The firm of Kimmel & Kimmel was
established in 1985 (Kimmel & Kimmel Attorneys at Law, PLLC as of 2011) and
has extensive experience in many aspects of real estate law and practice. Their
clients include real estate developers, investors and lenders. They also
represent buyers and sellers of high end residential properties. In addition,
the firm has many years of experience in representing clients in a wide variety
of commercial and business matters, with an emphasis on contract negotiation. A

Jay Kimmel
Mr. Kimmel is a graduate of the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law with a JD degree (1979) and was admitted to practice in New York in 1980. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Yeshiva University (1967) and a Masters of Science degree in computer science from New York University (1970). He is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Kimmel was a director of Management Information Systems for a division of a New York Stock Exchange company and has written law office management software which is in use at the firm.

Tuvia L. Kimmel
Tuvia L. Kimmel is a graduate of Pace University Law School (JD 2006) and is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey (2007). He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College in 2003. Mr. Kimmel is the co-author of Intermunicipal Cooperation Tools, a project of the Pace Land Use Law Center (http://www.law.pace.edu/intermunicipal-cooperation-tools ). He is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Kimmel has also experience in the management of multi-family residential properties in North Brooklyn and Rockland County.
